Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive to the Mount Kenya region through central Kenya’s fertile highlands. Upon arrival, enjoy light hiking, nature walks, and scenic photography with views of forests, valleys, and the majestic slopes of Mount Kenya. This day is designed for relaxation, fresh mountain air, and beautiful landscapes rather than technical climbing. Dinner and overnight at your lodge in the Mount Kenya region. After breakfast, proceed to Aberdare National Park for a safari drive through its unique forest, moorland, and waterfall landscapes. Look out for elephants, buffaloes, bushbucks, giant forest hogs, monkeys, and diverse birdlife in this cool and scenic mountain park.
